I'm a stay-at-home homebirthing, VBACing, breastfeeding mama, advocate and sometimes artist, sometimes web designer. We are located on the East Coast (but long for the West Coast) where we try to live simply, playing with natural toys, eating organic, vegetarian foods and using our imaginations and creativity as much as possible. I knit and I'm in the process of learning to sew so I can make (or at least attempt to make) many of the items we need and use and want to surround us.

  1. That looks like my house, except with boys. Great picture moment!

  2. wow..love the motion in it and your little one looking right into the camera. Fab! 🙂

  3. Very cool. Yes, bed jumping is a favourite past-time in our house too. The nine and five year olds have to bounce on their knees now…or rather, the nine and five year olds are *meant* to bounce on their knees now! LOL

  4. Thanks, Ladies! I was excited to capture the moment and have both faces clear in the picture.

@Karyn: We should probably institute the knees rule here too; the picture doesn’t show the slight bumping and bruising a few minutes later…

  5. The bumps and brusies still happen, it’s the beds I’m concerned about. LOL
